The Challenge
Tommie East Residence hall was a new construction project St Thomas wanted to brand. Working with such a large space, much planning and templating was needed. In particular, the tunnel leading out of the building was quite a challenge. With such a long distance and hallways that ran downhill, a detailed template of not just height and length, but drop and variations in ceiling height were needed.
